KNIPEX Four-Mandrel Crimping System Platform
The KNIPEX four-mandrel crimping system platform is a modular crimping system for precise crimping of turned pin and socket contacts. Thanks to interchangeable locators, it allows flexible adaptation to well over 1,000 connector types and sizes from all major manufacturers, whilst maintaining consistently high crimping quality.

1. Select pliers
Available for two capacity ranges: the 63 version for 0.08 - 2.5 mm² and the 65 version for 0.14 - 6 mm². Both models are available with either an analogue or digital display.

2. Select contact holder
The range of applications for the crimping pliers can be adapted to connectors from all major manufacturers by swapping the locators.
The locators can be fitted or changed in
a matter of seconds using two hex keys
The correct setting can be adjusted using the spring-loaded clutch by pulling and turning

3. Check settings online
The required setting values for plugs and connectors are available online at any time. To do this select the relevant locator and open the corresponding settings table.
4. Crimping
The synchronous feed of the crimping mandrels enables a uniform, seamless (gas-tight) crimping of the copper strands in the contact.
